The estates established include; Kakungulu, Kirinya, Kitiko, Lubowa View, Namanve I, Namanve II, Namanve III, Namanve Nile Village, Namugongo and Nansana Akright Housing estates.
This estates is planned to accommodate over 3000 residences: bungalows of varying sizes and styles, double-storeyed executive homes, and a number of three- and four-storeyed blocks of apartments comprising of one-bedroom, two- bedroom and three-bedroom homes.
