INAUGURATION OF AKRIGHT KAKUNGULU HOUSING ESTATE

On July 14th 2006 H.E The President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni officiated the launch of our Akright Kakungulu Housing Estate.

He hailed the company for a good job done in providing housing in Uganda, and a state pledged of providing public utilities to projects of this nature. He was quoted saying that ”such projects are entitled to get contribution in form of infrastructure, when I met Ntimba, I told him that we can help by tarmacking roads in the estate”. The President also promised to provide water to the estate as a way of support the housing initiative.

The President promised to continue injecting more money into the housing fund in the coming years so as to enable Ugandans acquire homes through subsidized mortgage facilities.

This has gone a long way in reassuring our esteemed clients that the estate will have all the utilities that befit it and has also cleared the doubt that potential clients had. It has also given the company an opportunity to inject more funds into providing home to the people while the government puts in place all the necessary infrastructure.
