On July 14th 2006 H.E The President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni officiated the launch of our Akright Kakungulu Housing Estate.

Akright Projects Limited is a brain child of Mr. Anatoli Kamugisha, currently the managing director of the company.

Akright Projects Ltd. is a privately owned Real Estate development company, incorporated and registered in Uganda on 9th April 1999 as a limited liability firm.
The company is registered as a local investor (Certificate Number: SSD1852143917).
Business Operations
As a precursor to all its operations, the company carries out market surveys and finds out people’s preferred sites, plot sizes, house types, and any other relevant interests.

Kirinya Estate
Kirinya Housing Estate is located 14 kilometres from Kampala City centre.
It is approached way of Jinja road past Nakawa, Banda and Kireka trading centres, turn right just after Shell Petro Station and before the Sports View Hotel onto a tarmac road via Mandela National Stadium, Nambole.
Lubowa Estate
The estate is located 12 Kilometres from the Kampala City Centre.
